10% of the total party expense, with a minimum of $200

Wedding Consultation

For the bride and groom who would like to plan your own wedding, and to also have multi-talented friends to assist you in coordinating and executing the biggest day of your life, we are more than happy to provide you with a few professional suggestions to get you started.

  • -Assist in developing theme
  • -Suggest styles
  • -Present etiquette information

$150 for the first hour, $50 for every hour thereafter

Day of Wedding Coordination

For the bride and groom who would like to plan your own wedding, and would like to enjoy the fruits of your hard work on your very special day, we are here to make sure you will have a flawless wedding.

  • -Supervision of decorations and floral arrangements
  • -Supervision of ceremony set up
  • -Supervision of reception set up
  • -On site direction of wedding ceremony
  • -Supervision of wedding photo session
  • -On site direction of wedding reception
  • -Personal assistance for the bride and the groom

Flat rate $1,000

Full Wedding Coordination

For the bride and groom who wish to have professional help in creating the best celebration of your lifetime from the beginning to the end, we are more than ecstatic to help you build your very own blueprint for love.

  • -Budget preparation, allocation and management
  • -Vendor recommendations and selection assistance
  • -Review of all vendor contracts
  • -Preparation and maintenance of wedding planning schedule
  • -Full development of wedding theme
  • -Recommendations for site décor, food, attire, favors, centerpieces and wedding stationary
  • -Attendance at all vendor appointments
  • -Vendor follow-ups
  • -Attendance at clergy appointment
  • -Supervision of wedding rehearsal

For the newly-weds who just want to fly away to their own paradise without worries, we are here to do the tedious work for you and plan the perfect honeymoon for you lovebirds.

  • -Research and provide affordable travel deals
  • -Assist in selecting destinations if necessary
  • -Assist in car rentals, hotel reservations, special restaurant and/or event bookings
  • -Plan itinerary
  • -Recommend activities

$200 for a 1-week honeymoon, $100 for every week thereafter
