During the preparation, you seem to have a keen sense how much to be involved and when you can be hands-off. In another word, you were truly there to serve our needs and not to impose. On the day of the wedding, you were there in the background making sure everything runs smoothly, always smiling and offering tremendous support whenever we need. Your calmness and effectiveness truly gives us peace of mind. You've been great with everything, especially in handling the people dynamic to ensure the vendors can do their job properly and that every guest is happy! You are FANTASTIC with your promptness in communication. Excellent!
